The terms of using websites(hereinafter referred to as the "Terms")

d) The service is free service available within the websites, which is provided to user electronically by administrator in accordance with terms, including using of user account.
e) The Privacy Policy is the policy adjusting right and obligations in processing of personal data of website user, which are an essential part of these websites terms and are available on the website www.balrstars.com.

III. Terms for Balr Stars
• Balr Stars reserves the right to remove and disable access on website to any user or to delete any video.
• Balr Stars reserves the right to use any video from website for private and advertising purposes.
• Balr Stars is not responsible for defected content. Team will try to solve issues with uploaders who violated terms, as soon as possible.
• Balr Stars reserves the right on any financial reward earned from advertising on website.
• Balr Stars reserves the right to change terms of usage of website anytime.

IV. Terms for users
• • The user may upload ONLY his own videos or from a person with permission to publish the video.
• The user may only upload content allowed by website, if they violate this term, videos may be deleted and user's access to www.balrstars.com will be denied.
• It is forbidden to share offensive, hateful content or content that is contrary to moral principles. If user violate this term, his access to www.balrstars.com will be denied.
• It is forbidden for user to upload videos from other users and create a „summary profile“.
• If user wants to delete the account, he just needs to contact Balr Stars on the instagram or email, where the user have to prove his identity.
• None of third party is allowed to use any content uploaded to Balr Stars without permission from the owner.
